I have had the pleasure of working with Stuart Allsopp at Conrad for the past 9 months on all of Croudace’s head office and construction-related recruitment.  Conrad are one of our few Tier 1 preferred suppliers for the recruitment of head office, site and other construction staff.  Whilst I have only worked with Conrad on these roles, they have also supported other areas of the business on engineering roles.  Whilst I have been working with Conrad for 9 months, since I joined Croudace, the HR team and Technical Directors have been partnering with them for a number of years.
