Office Manager / PA

£26,000 - £30,000.00 per annum + Benefits (Permanent)


Conrad Finance are pleased to be supporting an award-winning Design Consultancy who due to continued growth are now looking to recruit a dedicated Office Manager / PA to take responsibility for the smooth running of their successful office on the outskirts of Edinburgh

The successful candidate will have previous office management experience gained in the Construction, Design, or Property Industry, be comfortable working on their own initiative and making decisions whilst possessing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

This full-time role will include providing support to directors and a full range of Office Management, PA and Accounts duties including:
·Day to day running of the office
·Reporting and supporting senior management
·Answering calls and scheduling meetings
·Dealing with all monthly invoices, fee proposals
·Collating quarterly accounts information for Accountants
·Dealing with any accounts queries
·Managing and updating their ISO:9001 accredited Quality Assurance system
·A selection of HR duties including contracts, pensions and salaries
·Supervising and mentoring junior staff
·Ordering of stock
·Minute taking and administration support to senior management as required
·Reviewing existing and implementation of new company policies
·Promote staff development and training
·Organising office functions
·Attending Interviews as required
·Co-ordinate all administration duties across the office

The successful candidate will be required to have:
·Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
·Previous Office management experience
·Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
·A positive and can-do attitude
