German with French Customer Case Manager - Home Based Role

Multilingual Customer Case Manager who can speak both German and French languages -3-month+ fixed term contract

Location: Based form Home working between 08.30 and 5pm Mon - Friday

Salary - £22,500 Per annum

Conrad Finance are currently looking for an experienced multilingual Customer Case Manager who can speak both German and French languages to join their clients Technical Customer Relation centre team on a 3-month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be fluent in German and French and have previous experience in Customer Service position along with clear communications skills.

This position will be worked from your own home between the hours of 08.30-5pm

The Case Manager will speak to our German and French clients and Customers and will be expected to ensure that issues are fully resolved using their Customer Service skills in providing a positive customer experience. You will have strong communication skills, good negotiation and influencing skills along with previous customer service experience

Main Job Responsibilities

* You will be responsible for promoting a positive customer and business relationships ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, whilst actively striving for organisational excellence
* Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
* Use innovative approaches to resolve customer issues. Ensuring new ideas about customer resolution are shared within the department and business
* Develop and maintain product knowledge, business process and system expertise to meet on- going customer and client needs
* You will effectively manage customer relationships through understanding customer expectations and setting realistic and timely agreements for future contact
* Take ownership to seek out effective resolutions for customers concerns through proactive investigation
* Achieve key performance indicators of the role, both quality and quantity - CSI, quality and productivity

The successful candidate will :

* Be Fluent in the German and French languages both verbal and written
* Able to demonstrate an ability to work well as part of a team
* You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate key points to ensure clarity with both the customer and team members
* Able to work under pressure and use own initiative
* Able to effectively prioritise work to deadlines
* Previous experience in a customer focused /facing role, experience within a Contact centre environment advantageous
* Excellent customer handling experience with a thorough understanding of excellent customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
* Advanced knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
