Stuart Allsopp

Job role: Divisional Manager

Specialism: Accounts Finance and Office Support – South of England

I joined Conrad Consulting in July 2016 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Previous to this exciting move I spent twelve years working for a small selection of specialist recruitment businesses mainly specialising in Accounts & Finance recruitment, recruiting all positions from junior accounts staff through to senior executive appointments.

I have a great passion for recruitment and thrive on being in a position to help and support candidates & clients achieve their personal, professional and business goals on a daily basis.

Originally when I joined Conrad I was part of  a team tasked with re-establishing the construction division looking after all white collar recruitment. Due to the success and growth of the construction division we have also been asked to support a large selection of our clients with roles within their Finance and office support teams and due to this have decided to launch Conrad Finance specialising in the recruitment of Accounts, Finance and Office Support staff on a permanent, temporary or contract basis.
Recruiting in this area gives me the chance to speak to a variety of clients and candidates helping them with all their recruitment needs including in-depth recruitment advice for individual teams, CV and career advice. The positions we recruit will cover a variety of position which will include accounts administration, all transactional positions, part and newly qualified candidates through to finance director level, all office support vacancies and a variety of trainee and senior management positions.

I pride myself on being able to always provide a tailored and personalised service with an honest approach to all my clients and candidates ensuring they receive the very best experience possible when partnering with me right from the initial phone call through to successful introductions.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. But at the same time, I have real passion for carp fishing and can be found on a regular basis sitting around a lake somewhere in the south east or on occasion even in France.

A comment from a client...

We have worked closely with Stuart Allsopp for a number of years and very recently have employed a bookkeeper that Stuart was confident we would work well with and add value to our team. Stuart’s commitment to his role means he likes to fully understand the role that we are looking to recruit for, always asks us specific questions to understand our exact requirements and engages with us to understand our office dynamics and how a candidate would complement our current working office. Therefore, we only receive CV’s with background information on candidates that he fully believes will add value to us. Stuart and the Conrad team have become trusted recruitment partners, and we see the relationship continuing into the future.
