Job role: Resourcing Consultant

Specialism: Accounts, Finance and HR - Nationwide

I joined the company in January 2017.  Prior to this I had worked for many years as an HR/Business Support Manager within the insurance sector.  This was a varied and at times challenging role which required me to multi task and utilise a diverse skill set. One of my roles was sourcing and recruiting new employees and since joining Conrad I am experiencing recruitment from another angle which I'm finding fascinating.

Currently I work as a Resourcer within Conrad Finance supporting the Accounts, Finance and Office Support divisions and sourcing candidates from our extensive candidate database, LinkedIn and job boards. In addition to this I share my time with the Conrad Consulting Civil and Structural team in the search for Civil and Structural engineers, technicians and newly qualified graduates. I really enjoy speaking with people and learning all about their qualifications, career history and future aspirations.

Originally from London, I have lived in Suffolk for over 20 years and enjoy all it has to offer.  In particular I love to spend time walking with my family, going to the cinema, eating out and watching tennis and football (although I'm no expert).
