Job role: Recruitment Administrator

Specialism: Business Administration & Marketing

I’m the Recruitment Administrator based in Conrad Consulting’s head office in Framlingham. I joined the team early in February 2019- seeking a new challenge after graduating from Leeds Beckett University with an Events Management degree in Summer of 2018.

Since I was 14, I’ve worked in various Customer Service roles from pubs and bars to larger companies/brands- Leeds United and Leeds Rhinos being just a couple. During my studies I also had the option to take a year in industry, where I worked as a Marketing & Events Intern at a renowned dance conservatoire undertaking administrative and marketing duties. As well as this I was approach by my University and offered the position of Digital Brand Ambassador, where I assisted the recruitment team in attracting potential new students.

My responsibilities at Conrad involve me mainly assisting the Finance, and Civil & Structural department by undertaking administrative duties.  Cross-referencing CV’s for consultants and submitting or updating them on our online database system Voyager. As well as this, I create advertisements online for our own website and across multiple job advertisement sites and other ad-hoc duties.
During my own time, I love attending events from theatres and ballets to festivals and gig nights.  I also enjoy discovering new countryside walks to take my dogs Holly and Nancy, and keeping active!
